Lunch Break Quickie!
Today’s class begins and ends standing to leave you energized for the rest of your day! It’s a quick flow that gets your blood flowing to wake you up and increase circulation after (most likely) sitting down at your desk. I did my best to hit up the hip flexors, hamstrings, and chest, as those places get especially tight when sitting down for long amounts of time. Enjoy!
This is a quick flow targeting our core and glutes. There are a couple rather advanced transitions, so please go at your own pace and take breaks when you need to. And please pardon everything that comes out of my mouth today... It was a rough one lol (We're retitling this class Dirty Lemon... you'll find out why at the end ;)
Leg Burner (major gluts focus)
GRAB A CHAIR! If you have any trouble balancing for more than a few seconds on one leg... hold onto the back of a chair. I’d rather you give yourself the support so you can focus on your legs without having to come out of the postures/ movements too often due to balancing challenges :)
