This is one of our "Stackable" classes! Feel free to add it on to any other class or workout. We move through warrior one, humble warrior, warrior three, pyramid, twisted triangle, and a wide-legged fold on each side. It's a great class to ground yourself and stretch your hips and hamstrings.
Not too strenuous.. not effortless either. Enjoy a hip-focused class that should both strengthen and release tension in your hips and lower back :) I'm not using blocks today, but you can practice the entire time with blocks under your hands if you'd like! It will make the postures feel more spacious.
35 Minute Lower Body Balance
This class involves a lot of balancing and strengthening of the lower body. If you go slowly and focus on alignment you'll feel your glutes galore! If balance today is a little challenging, you can always place your hands on your blocks when we're in warrior three. Enjoy!
