Welcome to #Beditate. It's exactly what it sounds like, a meditation that you do in bed! Before you lay down, take inventory of your day. What was your Rose, Thorn and Bud? Your rose should be the highlight of your day. The thorn might have been the most challenging part. The bud is the seed of hope you'll plant for tomorrow. Lunch Break Quickie!
Today’s class begins and ends standing to leave you energized for the rest of your day! It’s a quick flow that gets your blood flowing to wake you up and increase circulation after (most likely) sitting down at your desk. I did my best to hit up the hip flexors, hamstrings, and chest, as those places get especially tight when sitting down for long amounts of time. Enjoy!
