Through daily yoga and meditation you’ll deepen your relationship with your body and nourish an intimate connection with yourself.
The meals at Kinkara are divinely created with a healing approach and organic home-grown ingredients. We’re excited to have Kara Burmer, a licensed dietician and founder of Nutrimsa, join us to share her passion for nutrition. She’ll be leading workshops on intuitive eating and cultivating a healthy relationship with food and optional one on one counseling sessions with retreat guests. To top this off, we’re offering cooking and tea making classes with Kinkara’s celebrated chef, Kuntal Kumar. Activities like hiking to waterfalls, sitting peacefully fireside, and a temazcal ceremony will further promote emotional connection with yourself.
Kinkara is a place that fosters community with beautiful shared spaces to connect and reflect. As a group, we’ll support one another to live well, to truly nourish ourselves and each other from the inside out, and to enrich every aspect of our being.
To further return to Source, we’ll be sleeping to the enchanting sounds of nature in luxurious belle tents. We hope you can come with us on this journey of self love to rejuvenate your mind, body, soul and taste buds!
