We are so excited to dive into part 4 of The Transition Series with you.
Through our time together, we'll break down the mechanics of both Koundinyasana and Chinstand. Then we'll work on transitioning from one posture to the next. We'll provide drills that have helped us to create strength and stability in the body and offer both modifications and amplifications along the way to best serve your practice.
A few things you'll want for practice:
- Yoga Mat
- 2 Blocks
- 1 Strap
- a clear wall space
